About

I'm a builder, connector, and problem-solver who loves helping people become better versions of themselves. My mission is simple: get knowledge from those who have it to those who need it—and make lives more efficient and effective along the way.

I own and operate a portfolio of companies under the One Chaptr brand, from merchandising services to community impact initiatives. Whether I'm working with small businesses, colleges, or sports teams, my goal is always the same: deliver exceptional experiences that make a real difference.

My Journey

My entrepreneurial spirit started early. At six years old, I launched "Nick's Landscaping Co." with the tagline "I do everything…Pay whatever you want." By middle school, I was selling thousands in fundraising products, creating the technology club, and running sound and lighting for school plays.

Growing up, I spent countless hours at my grandfather's custom machine shop, taking things apart and putting them back together. That curiosity—combined with sales lessons from my father—shaped who I am today.

The highlights kept coming: from managing my high school’s basketball website and launching a mobile repair business to being the first from my school to attend UNC Charlotte. My leadership evolved on campus as I helped establish a new Phi Delta Theta chapter and served as Vice President for both the fraternity and the Interfraternity Council (IFC).

I joined a Greek social community start-up as the on-campus ambassador, and when the company pivoted to Greek life apparel, I quickly became the East Coast representative for all accounts. This wasn't my first experience with promotional apparel—I'd already helped a high-end clothing store with their website and marketing strategy in high school.

By fall 2019, I spent two years helping UNC Charlotte and my fraternity with fundraising efforts, bringing together ambassadors for causes I wanted to impact. This led to the creation of One Chaptr.

One Chaptr

After years of bringing people together for various causes and initiatives, I founded One Chaptr in August 2021. I wanted to create something bigger than myself—a brand people could rally behind.

The name is an acronym representing nine core pillars, and the wolf-and-moon logo symbolizes loyalty, curiosity, fierceness, and the relentless work we do to improve every day.

In January 2022, I took One Chaptr to the next level by opening the merchandising service division and spinning off mental health and community impact initiatives to our nonprofit branch, One Chaptr Foundation, which at the time included the Check-in Movement.

Research showed that small businesses, colleges, and sports teams needed quality gear, but existing print shops fell short on customer experience and larger retailers weren't satisfying alumni. I created two solutions under the One Chaptr family:

One Chaptr Creative – Helps organizations with bulk orders and exceptional experiences, offering 350,000+ items

One Campus Co. – An online retailer bringing academics, athletics, and alumni together

What Drives Me

I've learned that mistakes are part of the game—the Game of Life. But I've gained invaluable wisdom every step of the way. I value truth, common sense, and loyalty. I'm relentless but real, and I'm blessed with an incredible network of people who share these values.

My roots trace back to my great-grandparents who immigrated from Germany in the 1920s. That legacy of hard work and craftsmanship runs deep.

I'm excited to see what doors open next and how we can continue writing new chapters—One Chaptr at a time.

Our values
